Les Mills BODYBALANCE®, is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that will leave you feeling centered and calm. With controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses, you’ll build strength and flexibility as you create a holistic workout, bringing the body into a state of harmony and balance.

RPM® is the indoor cycling workout where you discover your athlete within. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Barre Pilates blends Pilates with dance, cardio and strength training specifically challenging arms, legs and core to strengthen and lengthen the body. Powered by energizing, heart-pumping music that makes you move! This class used choreographed movement patterns with the support of the ballet barre to take you through a flow of high-powered sequences that will keep you energized and motivated.

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

During her time as a Les Mills instructor, Jannette has had the opportunity to present at quarterly workshops in Christchurch. In 2009 she received the Sam Taylor Award for NZ’s most up and coming group fitness instructor. In 2010 she became certified as an Advanced BodyBalance™ instructor.  Jannette has a passion for instructing, and feels privileged to be working within an industry that helps change people’s lives!

She loves coaching, motivating and educating people while keeping fit and having fun too. Jannette loves going to the gym and exercising to music, so naturally you will find her teaching many of the awesome Les Mills classes at ProActive including BodyPump™, BodyBalance™.

From 9 to 90, from beginner to elite, groups or individuals, competitive training or training for life. Kyla can help motivate you to achieve your goals and chase your dreams. Sue has been teaching classes since 1991 with a passion for people and inspiring results! She began in Canada at an all woman’s health club, then moved to NZ and taught classes and managed Group Fitness at Les Mills clubs.

She teaches Les Mills RPM™, and BodyPump™ at ProActive. Sue will help inspire and motivate you to reach your goals in no time! Come check out one of her classes today!

Suzette has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer since 2012, and is passionate about her clients’ wellbeing. She has experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness and recently completed her Sport and Exercise Science degree. Suzette welcomes the opportunity to work with any level of athlete, from beginners of all ages who want to become more comfortable and confident in the gym, through to those who have specific goals they would like to achieve.

She is friendly and personable with the drive and enthusiasm required to keep you inspired and on track while staying accountable to your goals. She will be available to offer consistent support and encouragement to have you feeling fantastic and get you where you need to be.

Suzette is a Barre Pilates instructor.

Tina has been practicing yoga since the age of 16 and became an instructor in medicinal yoga through MediYoga in Sweden 2013. She has also studied hatha yoga in Sydney, and have taught a mix of medicinal and hatha yoga for 2 years.

Tina is passionate about bringing harmony in to people's lives by creating a balanced practice of strength, flexibility, playfulness and stillness in mind and body in a practical way that can be used both on and off the mat.
