Jannette has a passion for instructing, and feels privileged to be working within an industry that helps change people’s lives!

Suzette has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer since 2012, and is passionate about her clients’ wellbeing. She has experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness and recently completed her Sport and Exercise Science degree. Suzette welcomes the opportunity to work with any level of athlete, from beginners of all ages who want to become more comfortable and confident in the gym, through to those who have specific goals they would like to achieve.

Hi my name is Chris Foggin however most people know me as Foggie.
I have been around the fitness industry for 30 years and currently work full time as the coaching lead for a national sports governing body. My passion is cycling and coaching people to become better bike riders whatever their riding style, however I love all things movement and exercised based. I have worked extensively as a personal trainer, gym & group fitness instructor and was a physical training instructor (PTI) with the police service for many years. I have coached kids, young people and adults including those in their 70s and 80s. I am a qualified SportNZ Coach Developer and a particular passion of mine is working with people to enable them to become awesome coaches or educators.
I currently deliver RPM classes at Proactive based on sound cycling coaching knowledge and my philosophy within the classes is to train hard - race easy; but most of all have FUN.
